The licence is the part worth checking. KPK/LN 7316 is issued under the Tourism Industry Act, which is what allows a Malaysian company to sell tours and ticketing at all, and it means the vehicles are licensed, the drivers are licensed, and there is a company number, 1054276-P, against the name.
Beyond that, the argument for us is simple and slightly old-fashioned: you can walk in, put a passport on the counter, and have the person who will actually handle your booking look at it.

Fares move with airline and hotel rates. We quote against your dates, your headcount and your hotel category, and we tell you the payment schedule up front.
