PUT · Pink Mosque · lake cruise
Malaysia's administrative capital, built on a lake. Masjid Putra's rose granite dome, then a Cruise Tasik boat.
Duration is a guide, tell us your dates and we will confirm it.
Putrajaya is Malaysia's administrative capital, built from scratch around a lake, with wide boulevards, government buildings in a mix of Islamic and modern styles, and a great many bridges.
The stop everyone asks for is Masjid Putra, the Pink Mosque, with its rose-tinted granite dome. Robes are lent at the door and visiting hours work around prayer times.
A Cruise Tasik boat runs along the lake past the Prime Minister's office and the Seri Wawasan bridge, which is the easiest way to take in the scale of the place.
Half a day covers the mosque and the cruise. A full day lets us add the Botanical Garden, the Wetlands and Masjid Tuanku Mizan, the steel mosque.
Ask for a quote
Tours are priced per group, not per head, so the fare depends on your dates, your numbers and the vehicle. Tell us those three and we will send a real figure.
Arriving or leaving?
Add a stop, drop one, stretch it to two days, or fold it into a longer itinerary. If you are travelling with elderly parents or small children, say so and we will cut the walking and add the air-conditioned stops.
Tell us what you need
Dates, headcount and where you want to go is enough to start. We come back with a real fare for those dates, or skip the form and just call in.
