There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on these pages. If you read the site and leave, we do not know you were here beyond the ordinary server log our host keeps.

What we hold and why

What this site collects

Nothing at all if you only read the pages. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this website.
The enquiry form collects your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, what you are enquiring about, the number of travellers, your preferred dates and any notes you add.
The newsletter box in the footer collects your email address, and nothing else.
Your web server request is logged by our hosting provider in the ordinary course of serving the page, which includes your IP address.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry and to quote for the travel you asked about. That is the only reason we ask for it.
To administer a booking you go on to make, including issuing tickets and lodging visa applications, which requires passing details to airlines, hotels, ground operators and the relevant authorities.
To send you departure dates and fares, if you gave us your email for that.

Who it goes to

Our hosting and form provider, which delivers the enquiry to our office by email.
WhatsApp, if you choose to send the enquiry that way. Sending it opens WhatsApp on your own device and the message is then subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not ours.
Airlines, hotels, ground handlers and visa authorities, but only for a booking you have asked us to make and only what that booking requires.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.

Sensitive details

Visa and ticketing work needs passport data, and sometimes documents such as bank statements or an employment letter. We ask for these only when an application requires them.
Bring documents to the counter or send them only through a channel you are comfortable with. Do not send passport scans over the enquiry form.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep for a completed booking.
You can unsubscribe from the fare emails at any time, and we will stop sending them.
