KLIA 1 & 2 · 24 hours
Landing at 3 a.m.? Someone will be there. We run KLIA 1 and KLIA 2 transfers around the clock for individuals, families and tour groups, with meet-and-greet at arrivals.
Open daily, including weekends and public holidays · Terminal 1 and Terminal 2
Kuala Lumpur International Airport is about 45 kilometres south of the city, and roughly an hour from Brickfields in ordinary traffic. That is a long way to sort out on arrival with luggage and a tired family, and it is the reason most of our tour bookings start with a transfer.
Our drivers hold the licences and permits required to carry passengers commercially, and the vehicles are insured for it. A driver who is waiting inside arrivals with your name is not the same service as a ride-hailing car that may or may not accept the job at 3 a.m.
That is everything we need to confirm a transfer, day or night.
Flying out? We ticket on all airlines and can set the pickup against your check-in window.
What you get
Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board, not in a car park sending directions by message.
Give us the flight number and the pickup follows the actual landing time, so a delayed flight does not mean a missed driver.
Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, at any time of day or night, including the small hours when most long-haul flights land.
Cars for couples, MPVs for families with luggage, and coaches for tour groups. Tell us the headcount and the number of bags.
Ask when you book. They have to be fitted in advance, so it is not something we can add on the night.
Anywhere in the Klang Valley, and onward to Genting, Malacca, Ipoh or Penang if you are going straight out of the city.
Corporate incentive groups, temple tours, family reunions, school trips, tell us the dates and the headcount, and we will build the route around it.
Add a day out
Most of our transfers turn into a tour. These three are the easiest to add to an arrival or a departure day.
Questions
Give us the flight number when you book. We track the arrival and the driver's timing follows the aircraft, so a delay does not cost you the transfer.
Roughly an hour to the city centre in normal traffic. Allow longer in the weekday morning and evening peaks, and on the Friday evening getaway.
Yes. Coaches and multiple MPVs are both options, and which is better depends on your luggage and where you are going. Tell us the headcount and the bag count and we will work it out.
Yes, in both directions and at both terminals. For an early flight we will agree the pickup time against your check-in window rather than guessing.
Tell us what you need
Dates, headcount and where you want to go is enough to start. We come back with a real fare for those dates, or skip the form and just call in.
