We are a licensed agency with access to the same inventory the airlines sell direct, plus consolidator and group fares that do not appear on public booking sites. For a family of six or a temple group of forty, that difference is usually the whole reason to come to a counter.
The other reason is what happens after the booking. Schedule changes, cancelled legs, name corrections, date moves, seat and baggage add-ons and involuntary reroutes are all handled from here, with a person who has your reference in front of them.
These are the sectors we book week in and week out, so we know which airlines are worth the fare and which connections are worth avoiding.

What we handle
Most people come for the fare. They come back because of what happens when the airline changes something.
Single tickets through to open-jaw and multi-city routings, including the awkward ones that public sites will not price.
Blocked seats for families, temple groups, associations and corporate travel, held on a deposit while names are collected.
We reprice and reissue rather than cancelling and rebooking, which is usually cheaper. Airline fare rules decide what is possible.
A misspelled surname is fixable, but the rules differ by airline and get stricter closer to departure. Tell us early.
Extra baggage bought in advance is almost always cheaper than at the airport. Special meals need to be requested before ticketing.
Infant fares, child fares, unaccompanied minors and the paperwork each airline wants for them.
Know before you go
Kuala Lumpur International Airport has two terminals about two kilometres apart, connected by the free shuttle and by the KLIA Transit train. They are not interchangeable and the wrong one is a very bad morning.
Airlines do move terminals from time to time. We confirm the terminal on your itinerary when we issue, and again if anything changes before you fly. Need a lift there? We run KLIA transfers around the clock.
Questions
Not for the fares we specialise in. Group and consolidator fares are often below the public price, and for a complex or multi-city routing an agency ticket is frequently cheaper because it can be built across airlines. Ask us to quote it against what you have found and compare.
Usually not directly, a ticket can only be reissued by the agency that issued it, or by the airline. Come to us with it and we will tell you who you need to speak to and what to ask for.
We watch the bookings we issue and contact you when a schedule change lands. Depending on the size of the change the airline's own policy may entitle you to a free move or a refund, and we will tell you which applies.
The whole point of a counter is that nothing falls between two suppliers. We lodge the visa, issue the ticket and book the airport transfer with the same dates in front of us.
