The one everyone comes to Brickfields for. We handle the whole submission. You just bring the documents.
Walk-in or call us · Open daily, including weekends and public holidays
The India e-Visa is the single most common thing people walk into our office for, and it is the one where a small mistake costs the most. The application asks for details from your passport, your travel plans and your parents' details, and a mismatch against the passport is the usual reason one comes back rejected.
We complete and lodge the whole submission from our counter in Brickfields. You bring the documents; we deal with the form, the photograph specification and the upload.
The e-Visa covers most short visits. Some purposes still need a regular visa, and we will tell you which yours is before you pay anything.
Malaysians of Indian origin often hold, or are eligible for, an OCI card, and OCI holders do not use the e-Visa at all. If you have ever held an Indian passport, bring it and any old visas with you, declaring that history is compulsory and it changes which route you should be on. Come in and we will work out which one applies to you.

We check everything against the current requirements, complete the form and submit it. Errors on a form are the most common reason an application is delayed.
We follow the application and let you know as soon as there is a decision, then hand back the passport and the approval.
Questions
The ones we answer at the counter most days. If yours is not here, call or WhatsApp us, someone will pick up.
A passport valid for at least six more months, a recent photo on a white background, your return flight details, and proof of your Malaysian address. Bring the passport itself, not a photocopy.
You can walk in to our Brickfields counter, or call first and we will tell you exactly what to bring or send across. No appointment needed either way.
The processing time is set by the Indian authorities and it changes. WhatsApp or call us before you book flights and we will tell you the current turnaround.
Yes, and that is the usual way we do it. The e-Visa is lodged and the ticket is issued from the same counter, so the dates on both match and nothing gets missed.
Your passport needs at least six months of validity. If it is closer than that, renew it first and then come to us with the new one.
Chennai most of all, then Kerala, the Tamil Nadu temple circuits and North India. We also run the Gaya, Prayagraj and Kashi pilgrimage route with a Guruji leading it.
Visa fees are set by the Indian authorities, not by us, and processing times are theirs too. Nobody can guarantee a turnaround, ask us where the application stands before you commit to flights.
Tell us what you need
Dates, headcount and where you want to go is enough to start. We come back with a real fare for those dates, or skip the form and just call in.
