The booking conditions we already state on our quotations and itineraries, gathered in one place so you can read them before you pay anything.

About this page

What follows are the conditions already set out in our written quotations and itinerary documents, reproduced so you can read them up front. They are not a complete contract. A full set of terms covering cancellation, refunds and liability is being finalised, and the conditions attached to your own written quotation are the ones that apply to your booking. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you pay a deposit.

Quotations and fares

Fares shown as “Ask for fare” are quoted against your dates, group size, hotel category and departure city. Ask us for a written quotation.
Where a fare is published, it is per person on the basis stated and remains subject to airline and hotel confirmation at the time of booking.
Airfares and hotel rates move. A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it.
Any large tax increase or newly introduced levy is billed in addition, with reasonable prior notice.

Deposits and payment

The Gaya Pitru Tarpana & Kashi Moksha Yatra is confirmed with a deposit of RM 1,000 per person, with the balance due 45 days before departure.
For all other bookings the deposit and the payment schedule depend on the airline and the hotel, and are set out in writing when we quote.
The airline, the exact hotel names, the rooming arrangement, the departure date and the payment schedule are confirmed with you before any deposit is collected.

Itineraries and operating changes

Flights, itineraries, meals, hotels and transport are provisional until final confirmation.
The sequence of an itinerary may be altered without prior notice where operating conditions require it, particularly during peak periods and festival dates.
Sightseeing is subject to weather. Hotels named in an itinerary may be replaced by others of a similar standard subject to availability at confirmation.
Escorted programmes may require a minimum number of passengers to operate. The London & West Europe tour runs with a minimum of 20 passengers.

Accommodation

Quotations are normally per person on twin sharing. Single, triple, connecting and adjacent room requests are passed to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
Standard hotel check-in is between 12:00 and 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00 unless stated otherwise.

Temples, rites and wildlife visits

Darshan and temple visiting hours are set by the temple and move around prayer times and festivals. Where an itinerary says “subject to timing”, that is why.
Basic pooja materials are included only where the programme says so. Extra priest Dakshina, private poojas and special materials are not included.
Wildlife park visits are undertaken at the client's own risk, and safari vehicles are basic and not air-conditioned.

Passports, visas and insurance

You are responsible for holding a valid passport. Most destinations require at least six months of validity beyond your travel date.
Visa fees and processing times are set by the issuing country, not by us, and they change. We will tell you the current position before you pay for anything.
A visa permits you to travel to a border. The final decision on entry always rests with the immigration officer.
Travel insurance is included only where an itinerary states it. We strongly recommend it on every trip.
