The process
Tell us the destination and your travel dates. We will give you the exact document list for that country and that visa type.
Come to the mezzanine counter at No. 118 Jalan Tun Sambanthan. No appointment needed, and we are open daily.
We check everything against the current requirements, complete the form and submit it. Errors on a form are the most common reason an application is delayed.
We follow the application and let you know as soon as there is a decision, then hand back the passport and the approval.
What to bring
Every country asks for something slightly different, but almost every application starts from the same short list. Have these ready and the counter visit is quick.
The physical passport, not a photocopy. Most destinations want at least six months of validity left from your date of travel, and at least two blank pages.
A recent photo on a plain white background. Size and head-proportion rules differ by country, so bring the digital file if you have it.
Flight details and where you are staying. For most visas the itinerary needs to match the dates on the form.
Something recent that shows your Malaysian address, a utility bill, a bank statement or a tenancy agreement.
Depending on the country: bank statements, an employment letter, or an invitation from family. We will tell you which of these yours needs before you start.
We would rather tell you this at the start than at the airport.
