Special room requests, room location, interconnecting or adjacent rooms, double or twin beds, smoking or non-smoking: tell us at the time of booking and we will pass the request to the hotel, though it cannot be guaranteed. Hotel check-in is 12:00–14:00 and check-out is 11:00. The programme is based on room availability at the time of quotation; if hotels change, a revised quotation will be sent. Wildlife park visits are at the client's own risk and safari vehicles are basic and not air-conditioned. Any large tax hikes or new levies are billed extra with reasonable prior notice.

- Fares quoted as “Ask for fare” are priced against your dates, group size, hotel category and departure city. Ask us for a written quotation.
- Where a fare is printed, it is per person on the basis stated and remains subject to airline and hotel confirmation at the time of booking.
- Itinerary sequence, hotels, meals and sightseeing may be adjusted where operating conditions require it, particularly during peak periods and festival dates.
- Passport, visa and travel insurance requirements differ by destination. We will tell you exactly what is needed for your journey.
